Suttle Projects have completed upgrade works to Natural England’s Pinhay Maintenance Depot in East Devon ahead of schedule.
The works included construction of concrete paving areas and associated groundworks. Adopting a more efficient pouring schedule increased productivity and reduced depot disruption, completing the scheme a week early. The result of simplifying every aspect of the project through meticulous up-front attention to detail, providing buildable designs, and clear communications throughout planning, execution and handover.
Michael O’Hagan Project Engineer Suttle Projects commented “We self-delivered the project with our own plant and equipment. I was especially pleased with the feedback received from our Natural England customer. Describing our services as ‘excellent’ the top category across all KPI aspects, including professional competence, meeting deadlines and specification requirements, compliance with performance criteria and the quality of staff and service. It is very satisfying and will mean a lot to the project team involved to be recognised for all their hard work in this way.”
