Suttle Projects reap the benefits of increased diversity

Suttle Projects has increased the number of female employees by 48% over the last 12 months. Our female colleagues now fulfil many key roles across the Suttle Projects business including degree apprenticeships in civil engineering and quantity surveying, undergraduate civil engineers, responsibilities for assurance and compliance, financial management, data analytics, procurement and marketing.

Livvy Williams Head of Compliance at Suttle Projects commented “I am immensely proud of the diverse team of people we are building here. We strive to simplify every element of every task we do, blending our innovation and experience to deliver better civil engineering solutions that guarantee more certain outcomes for our customers.

Industry research has proven time and time again that more diverse teams consider problems from a far wider perspective, they are likely to generate better ideas and lead to more informed decision making and innovation. All vital contributions that enable us to continually improve the reliability, productivity, creativity and sustainability in project delivery.”
