MOVAX Operator / Piling Supervisor – West Midlands (with nationwide travel)

We are seeking an experienced MOVAX Operator / Piling Supervisor to join our growing team. Based in the West Midlands, you’ll take a leading role in delivering piling operations across a range of civil engineering and infrastructure projects. Regular work away from home should be expected.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate MOVAX side‑grip piling equipment safely and efficiently
- Supervise piling activities on-site, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance
- Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and plant operations
- Carry out daily checks, RAMS compliance, and site briefings
- Maintain accurate records, reporting progress and issues to project management
- Uphold strong health, safety, and environmental practices at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience operating MOVAX equipment
- Strong background in piling or ground engineering
- SSSTS or SMSTS (preferred)
- CSCS card required
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to work nationwide and stay away when required
- Strong communication and leadership skills
